I still like this feature from Zope2 and
Two things I really would like to have though
1. 'empty as None' (regardless of :int, :float, etc, if the value is the
empty string convert it to None)
2. be easy to add my own converters (to do item #1, for example)
I looked at this in Zope 2 and it was too complicated, due to the
multiple steps taken to convert a record.xyz:float:list for example..
I would use this if it were available.
